JOB REQUIREMENTS
Design mastery. You're an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and understand design best practices for marketing purposes.
Communication prowess. You know the right questions to ask to get clients the design they're really looking for.
Visual storytelling. You deliver attention-grabbing designs that capture a client's voice and get their message across.
Marketing insight. You understand how design fits into the bigger picture of branding and marketing strategy.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Two to three years of relevant experience with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver standout design.

JOB DUTIES
Here's what you'll be up to as a junior graphic designer with On The Mark Strategies:
--Design on-brand marketing material for a variety of clients across multiple medium
--Take a concept to build out multiple assets for marketing campaigns
--Collaborate with clients and the internal team to deliver visual content that meets project goals
--Stay up to date on design trends ad best practices, incorporating them into your work
--Utilize AI tools for efficiency
